For brass products, natural patina or color change over time is considered normal and is not treated as a product defect.

How to Request Warranty Service

To start a warranty claim, please contact MALORY customer support with the following information:

  4. A short description of the installation environment and problem

Once your claim is reviewed, MALORY may provide replacement parts, product replacement, repair support, or another appropriate solution based on the situation.

MALORY reserves the right to inspect or request evidence of the product issue before approving a warranty claim.

Warranty service does not extend the original warranty period unless required by applicable law.
