We currently provide sales and shipping services within the United States only.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays.
Most orders are processed within 1–2 business days after the order is placed. Once processing is complete, the order will usually ship on the following business day.
During holidays, peak seasons, high order volume, severe weather, snowstorms, carrier disruptions, or other circumstances outside of our control, order processing or delivery may take longer than usual.
Estimated delivery time is typically 3–6 business days after shipment, depending on the destination, carrier, and order volume.
Do I have to pay for return or replacement shipping?
If a return or replacement is caused by a warehouse shipping error or a product quality issue, the customer does not need to pay additional return shipping costs.
If a return or replacement is caused by a non-product issue, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Examples include ordering the wrong product, no longer needing the product, or other customer-related reasons.

To avoid delays, please make sure all shipping information is complete and accurate before placing your order. If the shipping address is incorrect or missing required information, we may need to contact you for confirmation, which may delay order processing or delivery.
In some cases, certain orders may be shipped directly from a factory or fulfillment facility outside the U.S. These orders may require additional handling, carrier coordination, or customs clearance before final delivery. If additional documentation or processing time is required, the estimated delivery date may be delayed.
Your order may be delivered by the local post office or a local courier, depending on your location and the carrier service used. In many areas, packages may be delivered with regular mail service.
If you are not available at the time of delivery, the postal service or carrier may leave a notice with instructions on how and where to collect your package.
A signature is required for all orders over $500 upon delivery. Please use a shipping address where someone will be available to accept and sign for the package.
